What are the out-of-bundle rates (calls, texts, internet)?

  • 1 unit = 1 minute = 1 SMS.

  • Out of bundle Internet usage: €0.06/MB.

  • Out of bundle SMS: €0.0702.

  • Out-of-bundle calls: €0.2223 per minute.

  • MMS within Luxembourg are charged €0.2223. While roaming, data consumption depending on MMS size will be charged in addition to the MMS fee.

What are the conditions for mobile Internet usage?

Unlimited in Luxembourg, Europe, and the USA in 5G (wherever 5G is available). After 250 GB per month, speed is reduced to 512 Kb/s, but usage remains free.

Is there a contract or usage limit?

There is no commitment unless you choose to purchase a phone with your subscription. Fair usage policy limits usage to ensure network quality: 3000 units for 100% Win, 3000 for BeUnlimited, 6000 for Boom.

What is Orange Tranquillity?

Orange Tranquillity is a phone loan service for repairs, available in Luxembourg for Orange customers, with a maximum of 2 repairs per year, excluding personal data.
