What are the rates for out-of-package usage (calls, SMS, internet)?

  • Outgoing calls (out-of-package): €0.2223 per minute

  • SMS (out-of-package): €0.0702 per SMS

  • Internet volume outside the package: €0.06 per MB

  • MMS: €0.2223 domestically; in roaming, data consumption for MMS will be billed additionally to the MMS cost

What are the contract conditions and options for different plans?

  • For 100% Win and BeUnlimited: 24-month commitment with a mobile purchase, or no commitment without a mobile purchase

  • For Access+ and Boom: no commitment

  • BeUnlimited: 250GB of unlimited mobile internet, reduced to 512 Kbps beyond that

What are the policies on reasonable usage and associated limits?

  • Orange reserves the right to restrict or suspend access after notification in case of abuse

  • Abusive usages include bandwidth-blocking connections, excessive consumption via equipment other than a mobile phone, etc.

  • Usage limits: 3000 units for 100% Win, 3000 units for BeUnlimited, 6000 units for Boom

What are the specific conditions for Orange Tranquillity and roaming?

  • Orange Tranquillity is valid in Luxembourg, with a phone loan for up to one month, with an operating system equivalent, excluding personal data, in case of repair (up to 2 repairs per year)

  • Roaming calls to special numbers (0800, 0900, etc.) and short numbers are not included and will be billed according to the providers’ tariffs, even if the number is free in that country

  • Prices are inclusive of taxes. 1 unit = 1 minute = 1 SMS.

  • Reduced speed to 512 Kbps beyond 250 GB for BeUnlimited.

  • The reasonable usage policy applies to all plans to ensure network quality.

  • Abusive usage may lead to restriction or suspension of the line.

  • Orange Tranquillity is only valid in case of a breakdown, with a phone loan, limited to 2 repairs per year.
