Orange announces the signing of a new collective agreement with the representative unions within the company and the staff delegation. This new agreement, the result of several months of constructive discussions, reflects a shared commitment to building a collaborative work environment. The agreement will take effect on May 1, 2025, for a duration of three years.

Bertrange, May 6, 2025 – A new collective labor agreement has been signed between Orange Luxembourg, the representative unions within the company, and its staff delegation.
The agreement is based on two fundamental pillars that reflect a shared commitment to building a collaborative work environment for employees of the company headquartered in Bertrange.

  1. Maintaining Achievements and Strengthening Benefits: This pillar aims to ensure the stability of the existing social foundation while integrating changes to better recognize employee commitment and support their professional daily lives. New benefits related to compensation (on-call pay, meal vouchers) and working time (additional vacation days) have been introduced.

  2. Social Dialogue: This agreement promotes the involvement of employee representatives in certain company decisions.

“This agreement is the result of quality social dialogue. It reflects our ambition to preserve fundamental balances while evolving our social model to meet the challenges of our sector. We reaffirm our commitment to creating a work environment where everyone feels valued and supported,” explains Alexandre Schueller, Head of HR Orange Luxembourg.
Orange thanks the employee representatives and union representatives for their constructive involvement throughout this process. Through this new agreement, Orange reaffirms its position as a responsible employer determined to provide a work environment conducive to everyone's development.
