Halloween in Luxembourg: where to get scared?

A staple for the fall season, known for its pumpkins, spells and costumes, it's almost time to celebrate Halloween on October 31st. A real phenomenon in the United States, there is also a growing interest for this annual celebration in Europe.

A scary evening outdoors ?
For the more adventurous, there are many choices. From a hike in Beaufort that ends in spooky storytelling around a wood fire, to a beet carving workshop, there's something for every age.
October 22nd to November 3rd: "Trauliicht" weeks in Munshausen
What are Trauliicht? Originating from the tradition of the Luxembourg Ardennes, they are carved beet in which lanterns are placed, reflecting scary faces to chase away evil spirits.
October 29: "Mir brennen d'Trauliicht am Musee A Possen" in Bech-Kleinmacher;
October 29 and 31st: "Trauliicht days" with evening procession in Munshausen;
October 29 and 30th: The Haunted Labyrinth, a Halloween adventure - at the Philharmonie;

October 31st: Spooky Halloween Night Tour in Beaufort;
October 31st: Special Halloween Day at Zigzag in Bertrange.
