How do I top up my prepaid card?

Recharging Credit
You can recharge your credit in several ways. You have the option to visit an Orange store with a voucher (ticket), log in to your online Customer Space, or send your 12-digit recharge code via SMS to 60121.

Recharging a "Bon Plan"
"Bon Plan" recharges are available only from your Customer Space or at an Orange store. Once purchased, you can activate the "Bon Plan" option either from your Customer Space or by sending the corresponding code via SMS.

Checking Your Balance
To check your credit, you can send the word "Orange" via SMS to 60200, or directly view your information from your Customer Space (under the "My Consumption" section).
