How do I activate my prepaid card?

Activate your new prepaid card in a few steps:

1. Insert your new prepaid card (SIM card) into your phone.
2. Important: remember the PIN code written on the SIM card. You will be asked for it every time you switch your phone off and on.
3. To use your line, simply add credit to your SIM card, either online or by following the instructions on your recharge voucher.
4. Finally, choose the "good plan" you need to surf, call or send messages.
5. To activate your prepaid card, simply make a call or send an SMS.

Good to know: you already have €3 of credit when you buy your prepaid card.
