What is the Out-of-Package amount?

The Out-of-Package amount corresponds to the consumption that you have made but which is not included in your subscription. Here are some examples:

  • Calls and SMS to special numbers such as numbers starting with 800, 900 or international or roaming calls;
  • Internet and calls used beyond the volumes included in your package
  • Calls (made or received), SMS and mobile data to and from abroad (Zone Europe + USA)
  • MMS sent, both in Luxembourg and abroad
  • Premium SMS (more information on Premium SMS)
  • SMS to take advantage of your Orange Wednesdays benefit
