How Does Device Repair Work?

How does device repair work?

For Orange Insurance policyholders for damage and theft

If your mobile is insured and the damage falls under the conditions of Orange Insurance for damage and theft, quickly file a claim. Find more information here. Don't forget to attach a copy of the purchase invoice to your file. You will receive a response faster if your file is complete.

Good to know: It is important to keep all invoices for the devices you purchase. The insurer will request them in case of a claim. Always note the IMEI number of your devices, as it will be necessary to block your device in case of theft. The IMEI number of your mobile is a 15-digit code that you can find on your purchase invoice, on the back of your device (except for Apple smartphones), on the back of the device box, or by dialing *#06# on your device and then pressing the call button.

If you change your tablet or device, don't forget to provide us with the new serial number. This will help us assist you better in case of a claim. With the Orange Tranquility option at €2/month, we lend you a mobile while preparing a quote or proceeding with the repair. Keep this in mind for your next mobile.
