First create your an account for the customer area: 
To activate a customer area account, simply click on the button below and follow the next steps.
Enter the credentials on Orange Mail:
Once your customer area created, you have to click on the Mail Box icon in the top right corner of your screen. The default username is your phone number (without 352) and the password is the one for your customer area.

 

 

Forgotten username ?

Your username is the orange username used to create you customer area account on orange.lu. If you forgot your username, simply follow the steps after clicking on the button below. During the procedure, a SMS control will be sent to your phone. Keep it on your person.

Click on the button below and simply follow the steps to reset your password. During the procedure, a SMS control will be sent to your phone. Keep it on your person.

 

 

 

You were using the e-mail services before 06/29/2017?

Following the migration towards your new webmail service, please follow these steps:

If you are connecting through your customer area

1. Identify yourself by clicking on "Log in" button in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Once connected, click on the "Email" box in the "Services and entertainment" section of your homepage.
3. If we are asking you, please enter again your customer area password.
4. The Orange Mail platform is also accessible via https://webmail.orange.lu/. Your Login is your phone number (without the 352), your password is the the one used for your customer area.

 

If you are connecting through Outlook 

1. You should change your main email address to NUMBER@orange.lu , where NUMBER correspond to your phone number (without 352).
2. Verify if the configuration of your mail account is correct here
3. You can modify your password via your customer area if necessary.
