Orange Luxembourg introduces a new loyalty program to further reward existing customers
Bertrange, 16 November 2022 - Orange Luxembourg is has launched a new loyalty program, called "Orange Thank You". We believe that our customers' loyalty deserves to be more rewarded says Barbara Fangille, Head of Communication at Orange Luxembourg. Alongside the effort to offer our new customers the best benefits, it is important to ensure that our loyal customers are satisfied".
The three pillars of Orange's loyalty program
The new "Orange Thank You" program has three components.
Firstly, as a phone operator, Orange Luxembourg wants to offer its customers exceptional benefits throughout the year to celebrate various occasions, such as a birthday. "These benefits can take various forms, such as gift vouchers, the possibility to test a product or the opportunity to attend events that we support in Luxembourg," explains Claire Ledoux, Marketing Director of Orange Luxembourg.
Secondly, the new loyalty program integrates "Orange Wednesdays". On wednesdays, Orange Luxembourg offers its subscribers a cinema ticket for every ticket purchased in all Kinépolis cinemas. A significant advantage for cinema lovers.
Discounts that increase with seniority
Thirdly, the Luxembourg operator wants to offer its loyal customers vouchers for the purchase of a new smartphone. The longer a person has been a customer, the bigger the discount, explains Claire Ledoux. The value of these vouchers can be up to €300, which makes it easier to access the latest generation of smartphones and to take advantage of 5G."
Numerous cumulative benefits
This discount can be combined with other Orange offers such as the RE Program which aims to recycle and recondition old devices. The trade-in conditions can be very advantageous.
This loyalty program will evolve over time to better meet the expectations of loyal subscribers. "Each customer can benefit from several advantages each year for an amount of several hundred euros, especially if they change their smartphone. More than ever, it is important for us to thank our customers for the trust they place in us over the long term, concludes Barbara Fangille. This new program is intended to reaffirm that we love them, that we think of them and that we spoil them."
