Orange Luxembourg elected "Top Employer" for the 6th time in a row

After receiving the international GEEIS (Gender Equality European and International Standard) certification and the Luxembourg "Positive Actions" label from the Ministry of Gender Equality in 2020, Orange was elected "Top Employer" for the sixth consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute. The efforts made by the operator to offer a digital and human working environment to its 160 employees have thus been recognised once again.
The "Top Employer" award recognises the best human resources policies and practices in Luxembourg. Each year, the Top Employers Institute screens numerous Luxembourg employers and analyses in depth the working conditions they offer. The results of the annual survey were published today and Orange Luxembourg once again received excellent marks and was voted "Top Employer".

Top Employers Institute awards Orange Luxembourg
The Top Employers Institute is an independent organisation that compares the working conditions offered by employers with international standards. Only world leaders can apply for a "Top Employer" certificate, which takes into account various criteria: talent management strategy, personnel planning, integration of new employees, training and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, culture. Only 3 companies received the "Top Employer" certificate this year in Luxembourg.
