Orange launches 10 Gbit/s Fiber.

In response to the growing demand for connectivity, both from professionals and individuals, Orange announces the launch of its 10 Gbit/s fiber service.

With the increasing number of connected devices, the use of fiber in both professional and private settings requires ever more efficient connectivity. Orange, committed to supporting these changes, is pleased to announce today the launch of its 10 Gbit/s fiber connectivity in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

“This new service meets the needs expressed by the market, primarily from professional users, but increasingly also from individuals. Today, most of our daily activities rely on fiber. Telephony, video calls, enterprise collaboration solutions, but also streaming, gaming, and immersive digital world experiences all depend on our connectivity services. The 10 Gbit/s technology enables download speeds of up to 8.5 Gbit/s and upload speeds of up to 1.5 Gbit/s.

The equipment installed at the customer's location, such as the Wi-Fi 7 Fiber Livebox or Wi-Fi boosters deployed by Orange in many European countries, ensures high-value-added service.

Providing the best value for money

Orange Luxembourg also aims to make access to this technology easier. Customers can now subscribe to Orange 10 Gbit/s Fiber for €29.99 for the first three months, then €99.99 per month.
