What is Orange Money Europe

Orange Money Europe is a free mobile application available for Android and iOS. With it, you can:

• Send money to other Orange Money users in several countries (Belgium, France, and many countries in Africa and Asia),

• Recharge your own prepaid card,

• Or credit a prepaid card of a friend or family member.

How to send money abroad

If you live in Luxembourg and want to transfer to another country (for example, Cameroon, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Guinea-Bissau, and Guinea, as well as over 30 African countries, but also towards France and Belgium), Orange Money allows you to do so easily and securely, even if you are not an Orange customer.

Here are the steps to use the service:

1. Download the Orange Money Europe app on your smartphone (Android or iPhone).

2. Create your profile by providing your phone number, ID, bank card, and email address.

3. Once your account is validated, you can make money transfers or recharge a prepaid card.
