How do I activate my prepaid card?

Activate your new prepaid card in a few steps:

1. Insert your new prepaid card (SIM card) into your phone.
2. Important: remember the PIN code written on the SIM card. You will be asked for it every time you switch your phone off and on.
3. To be able to communicate, you will then need to add credit to your SIM card. You have two options: 1/ online or 2/ by following the instructions on your top-up coupon.
4. Finally, choose the "good plan" you need to surf, call or send messages.

Good to know: you already have €3 of credit when you buy your prepaid card.
