How do I cancel my plan / contract?

You want to cancel your plan or contract? Here is how to proceed:

  • You want to cancel your mobile plan
    • Send an email to clients@orangeluxembourg.lu
    • Or send a registered letter to:

  • You want to cancel your fiber contract

On the date we receive your request, your cancellation will take effect 1 month later (or on any other date you specify).

Only cancellation requests sent by post are taken into account for fixed internet offers. More information in our GTC.

 

You can return your old box to an Orange shop:

Carefully disconnect all cables and accessories.
Make sure to gather all components (box, power supply, cables, etc.).
Use the original packaging if possible.
