How do I register on my online Customer Area?
Are you a new Orange customer?
In this case, you will receive two separate emails to help you activate your online Customer Area. The first is an email that will allow you to create your Customer Area with the indicated login. The second is an email that will allow you to activate your Customer Area after its creation. You will also be asked to enter the password of your choice.
Are you already an Orange customer?
In this case, your login is simply the email address you gave us when you subscribed.
We invite you to connect again to your Customer Area.
Please enter your username, then click on "forgot password". You will then receive an email with a temporary link that will allow you to create your new password.

Does your invoice contain several numbers?
The account administrator is the only one who can manage all the numbers included in the bill. It is also the administrator who creates the other members so that they can access their Customer Area and consult their consumption.
Here are the 4 roles available:
- Administrator: The administrator is the account holder. He is the only one who can create new members. He can consult and pay invoices, add or delete options.
- Co-admin: The co-admin has the same rights as the administrator as long as his role is defined as such by the administrator. They can view and pay invoices and add or remove options.
- Advanced user: The advanced user can view his or her consumption and add or remove paid options.
- Simple user: The simple user can consult his consumption and add or remove free options.
