In your Customer Area, choose the "My account" section, then "Support" and finally choose "Create a request".
In this section, you can:
- Contact Orange Customer Service
To do this, click on the "Create a request" button.
If you have already created a request for a subject and you wish to contact us again for a completely different subject, please create a different request.
For an optimal treatment of your request, please provide us with as much information as possible: the item concerned (your account, mobile, invoice, etc.), the date, time or place where the inconvenience occurred, with which device, offer or service...
You can also attach a photo of an affected invoice, a screenshot, etc. to give you the best possible details of your observation.
