How to avoid out-of-package?

Do you want to avoid Out-of-Package charges and unpleasant surprises?

  1. Monitor your SMS notifications. When you have used up most of the data or call & text volume included in your package, you will receive an SMS notification. In fact, we send you an SMS alert when 80% of your volume is used up. This allows you to anticipate your consumption and therefore to manage it better. When 100% of your consumption has been reached, we will also send you an SMS notification. This service is free of charge.
  2. Blocking premium paid services. Some service providers' numbers are not free and applications or online games may be billed outside the package. Block these services directly in the shop or with your customer service (option: €2/month). (link to contact olu)
  3. Activate the Blocked package option. With this option, available for €2/month, you will not be able to exceed your call and/or browse volume. Go to the shop to activate it.
