VTA: what's new in 2023?

In 2023, the cost of your plan is reduced. Indeed, the value added tax rates (VAT) are lowered by 1% from 1 January to 31 December 2023.

This VAT reduction will be applied to all our offers for individuals (mobile plans, internet and prepaid card). As an Orange customer, you will therefore benefit from this reduction. It will start on your first invoice of 2023 that you will receive around 12 February.

The prices displayed on our website are shown with 17% VAT (mobile plans, internet and prepaid card). Until 31/12/23, the VAT is discounted to 16%. This discount will be applied directly to all your 2023 bills.

Our TV services are not affected by this reduction as they already benefit from a reduced VAT rate of 3%.
