What devices are eSIM compatible?
To use a Travel eSIM, your device must meet the following conditions:
The device supports eSIM.
The device is not carrier-locked or network-locked.
The device is not jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android).
You can use our list to determine if the device you want to use is compatible with eSIM. Note that some regional models may not support eSIM.
Although our list is regularly updated, it is not exhaustive. If you do not see your device on the list, please check with the manufacturer to confirm eSIM support.

If you set up your device after June 23, 2020, your eSIM will activate after installation. Contact your carrier if you haven't activated the eSIM.
Only Wi-Fi-enabled iPads with cellular capabilities are supported.
