MyOrange: your Customer Area

The Hello eSIM app includes the MyOrange customer area. It allows Orange subscribers to easily manage their account and services. With My Orange, you can:

  • Check your data, call and text usage
  • Access your bill history

To take advantage of all these services, you can download the Hello eSIM app from the App Store and Google Play.

Additionally, in the PLUS section of your app, you can:

- Recharge your prepaid card (in the "Plus" section then "Recharge a prepaid card")
- Access customer support and assistance (in the "Plus" section then "FAQ" or "Contact")

Who has access to self-care?

All individual customers have access to MyOrange self-care (if they are the account administrator). Businesses do not yet have access.

Can I view and pay my bill?
This feature will soon be available on the app. In the meantime, to view your bill details and pay online, go to your customer area on the website. 

I have a problem with my eSIM, what should I do?
