The intervention is free. However, an invoice of €129 may be applied if the malfunction is not due to Orange. Here are some examples:
The Livebox or the wiring is damaged
The WIFI signal is disturbed by the ecosystem of the house
The malfunction comes from your equipment (computer, tablet, smartphone)
You are not present the day of the appointment
We inform you in real time
From the appointment to the arrival of our technician, you are informed in real time by sms with the possibility to consult the details of the intervention, to send a message to the technician and to follow his arrival at your home.
