The intervention is free. However, an invoice of €129 may be applied if the malfunction is not due to Orange. Here are some examples:

  • The Livebox or the wiring is damaged

  • The WIFI signal is disturbed by the ecosystem of the house

  • The malfunction comes from your equipment (computer, tablet, smartphone)

  • You are not present the day of the appointment
