To order a Fiber or Love offer on our website:
- Go to the Fiber or Love Package offers page
- Select the offer you are interested in
- Fill in the form that appears, with your personal details, as well as the installation address (if you already know it)
- An advisor will call you back within 24 hours to check your home's eligibility for Fiber.
If your home is eligible, the advisor will create your contract and make an appointment for the installation.
If your home is not eligible, you can always subscribe to a Homebox.
You can also contact an Orange advisor directly via our Live Shopping service. An advisor will call you back immediately during the opening hours of the service (Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, and from 9am to 6pm on Saturday).
