How to use my loyalty discount for purchasing a smartphone?

If you have a BeUnlimited mobile plan, your discount will be authorized if you want to buy a new smartphone.

To do so, you will need to:

  1. Balance the remaining mobile benefits of your current smartphone;
  2. Buy a new phone on which the discount will be deducted.

Special cases:

  • Your loyalty voucher can only be applied to the purchase of a new smartphone (not available for accessories and plans)
  • If your voucher is greater than the price of the phone, the difference is lost
  • The loyalty discount is linked to your mobile line, so a mobile plan is required to access it. If you only have a fiber or TV subscription, you will not have access to the discount.
  • You can benefit from the discount for each of the mobile lines you own.
