Is my consumption updated in real time in my Customer Area?

The time it takes to collect your consumption data depends on your usage:

• National calls and SMS are visible after a few hours;
• Surfing volume is visible immediately;
• Abroad, it may take 48 hours for your usage to be visible;
• For multimedia purchases (e.g. Google Play), it can take a few days.
