Are you planning to move your business?
A change of workplace is never fun, there are so many procedures to think about! We'll tell you everything you need to know to make sure that the move goes as smoothly as possible. First question: are you a mobile subscriber or a mobile + Internet Fixed TV subscriber?
Do you only have a mobile phone subscription?
It's very simple, just change your billing address directly in your Customer Area or contact our customer service a few days before your move to adapt your billing details.
Do you have a mobile phone and Internet-Fixe-TV subscription with Orange?
It is also very simple, but there are a few steps to follow, before and after your move, in order to keep the continuity of your telephony and Internet-Fixe-TV services.
Before your move
Step 1 - Contact us to inform us about your move
2 months before the effective date of your move, take the time to inform us of your plans.
You can call us on +352 27 888 288 or ask to be called back by a customer advisor by sending us an email to email@example.com or fill in our online form.
Step 2 - Time to reassess your needs
You can take advantage of this exchange with your Orange advisor to review the services you have and adjust them if necessary.
If you wish to keep your old number at your new address, notify your advisor so that he/she can make the necessary arrangements.
Step 3 - Tracking your progress with Orange
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been taken into account by our services.
We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an installation appointment at your new address, as well as all the information concerning the installation of your Internet and fixed-line services.
An Orange advisor can help you with the installation of your Orange services.
Step 4 - Connect and activate services in your new premises
In order for the installation appointment to take place correctly, please remember to collect your old equipment such as the decoder, modem, cables and remote control before the date agreed with Orange.
A change of equipment will be possible upon request to our technician during the installation appointment. In case of insufficient coverage or other specific needs, our technician will be able to propose adapted equipment.
Following the connection of your services and in order to check the correct functioning of your installation, our technician will connect your modem and your TV decoder(s) as well as your fixed line if applicable.
After your move
The services active at your old address will be cut off on the date agreed when our services register your request to move.
Remember to update your personalised voicemail greeting to notify your customers, partners and service providers of the upcoming change of address.
Your personal details will be updated in our systems when you sign the new contract. If necessary, log in to your Customer Area to change your address.
Don't forget to change your address and other administrative obligations when you change your workplace (Social Security, Tax Office, etc.) and to transfer your mail to your new address.
