How can I recharge my prepaid card?
If you buy your reload in a shop you will find a 12-digit code on your reload, you only need to enter this code and your phone number on our website under the heading online shop. You can otherwise go on our online store and reload your prepaid card DATA line.
Attention! Prepaid card called "mobicards" (Orange France) sold in shops in the south of Luxembourg aren't compatible with our Orange network.
