Manual e-mail configuration

To configure your e-mail account with a software such as Outlook, Windows Live Mail or Apple Mail, or to use it on your smartphone, use the following settings:

incoming server type: IMAP4 and POP3 are supported
incoming server address: mail.orange.lu

outgoing server (SMTP): mail.orange.lu
ports 25 and 587 are supported

username: your default e-mail address (not an alias)
Password : your Orange Mail password

Your default e-mail address is shown on the main page when your connect to the webmail interface.

Your password is the one your have chosen while creating an Orange mail account. It can be changed via the webmail interface.

If you were already using the previous Orange mail service (before June 2011) your password is your PUK code, unless you have changed it later on.
